Istarted my career believing that success was purely a math problem. If I worked X hours, I would get Y result. And for a while, that formula worked. I built businesses, scaled teams, and hit the revenue targets everyone said were impossible.

But I quickly realized that revenue without freedom is just a high-paying job.

I saw too many brilliant founders burning out, sacrificing their health, their families, and their sanity on the altar of "growth." I knew there had to be a better way.
